Emotional Intelligence
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional Intelligence refers to our ability to be aware of, make sense of and use the information from our own emotional states to enhance personal competence or self-management.
Successful leaders are self-aware and emotionally intelligent. They are aware of their strengths and weaknesses and know how to manage with resilience in a complex world.
What can happen when people act with superior Emotional Intelligence?
