Team Diagnostic Assessment

The Team Diagnostic Assessmentâ„¢ has been designed specifically to define and measure the strengths necessary to create and sustain high performing teams. Based on current research, the most successful teams have the means to take action and build effective relationships. These relationships motivate and sustain action and results over time.

The model is based on two fundamental measurements:

  1. Productivity
  2. Positivity

Through an on-line self assessment, teams answer a series of 80 open-ended questions that provide the input for a graphic display of productivity and positivity measurements. In addition, each assessment includes three questions that can be customized by the team leader and facilitator based on specific needs.

When the assessment is completed, the team receives a comprehensive profile that highlights strengths and opportunities for growth. The assessment measures the team’s perceptions of the conditions that impact their productivity and positivity. This tool has been used across a wide range of industries including high tech, pharmaceutical, financial services, hospitality and not-for-profit.

The Team Diagnostic Assessment provides the basis for open, authentic conversations about the key roadblocks to optimal team performance. This tool can be used on it own or in combination with the Leadership Team Development Program.
