Leadership Team Development
A customized approach that allows senior leadership teams to engage in candid conversations in order to improve their relationships and overall effectiveness. This program can be run in various formats from half-a-day to two days with follow up meetings to reinforce new behaviours. Team Development includes:
Completion of a team assessment - a tool that provides feedback on the existing strengths of and challenges to relationships and team effectiveness
Discussion of how each individual team member’s top strengths best support the entire team’s overall goals
Definition of excellence in high-performance executive teams. Discussion of how this team compares to models of high-performance. Opportunities that emerge when looking at team and individual strengths
Identification of challenges that may impede optimal team performance
Discussion of how the team will maximize its strengths and deal with challenges to its success - both individually and as a group
Identification of next steps - Pinpoint responsibilities and commitments to maintain and gain further momentum
